period french regency penthouse
An initially unfinished state of concrete floors and walls without even a staircase to connect the floors proved to be the perfect canvas for our interior architectural and design skills. Building over raised computer flooring, we were able to create a custom floor plan for this penthouse residence, and to even penetrate the roof decking in order to install wood-burning fireplaces below. From the elegant staircase and its custom wrought iron railing to the beautifully coffered ceilings to ultimately the china and linens on the table, every aspect had our exacting touch.
